Eleven Doctors Set Finally, Finally Here

And even those who already have figures of nine out of the eleven Doctors can’t help but get massively, massively excited.

Indeed, mindful of the fact that many of us have shelled out hundreds of pounds on Forbidden Planet Exclusives, Character Options have at least had the decency to make these variants. So Pertwee and Tom have had palette swaps, Davison gets his celery, McCoy is a brown-coated hatless frowning version, Colin has put on weight to represent the Trial of a Time Lord era and even Tennant appears in some pictures to be a new head sculpt.

And, most importantly, it’s got a McGann in it, which frankly makes the staggeringly-reasonable £50 RRP (that’s about £4.50 per figure) almost worth it alone.

Forbidden Planet have it down as coming out on the 8th August, but you know what the best thing about this set is? You don’t have to fret about scrambling to pre-order online – it’s mass-market. Even John Lewis are rumoured to be stocking the thing.

Action-figure geek or not, this is All The Win Ever.
